Pantas33 Terms & Conditions – Official Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pantas33" refers to the online entertainment platform operating under the domain pantas33.biz, including all sections, mobile applications, and services provided.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at pantas33.
• "Platform" refers to the website, iOS app, Android app, and all digital channels used to access the services of pantas33.
• "Funds" refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in a member's account balance at pantas33.
• "Bonus" refers to credits, free money, cash, or other benefits granted by pantas33 to members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• "Match" refers to any sports event, e-sports event, or casino game available for betting on pantas33.

To register for and use the services of pantas33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform.
• Be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online gambling platforms is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme or gambling limit programme imposed by pantas33 or any regulatory authority.
• Has never had an account closed or banned at pantas33 previously for reasons of fraud or breach of terms.

The account registration process at pantas33 is simple and free. However, members must comply with the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed in the system. No cancellations or modifications are permitted after a bet has been locked in.
• Official results from the relevant sporting body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for the Super League, the Badminton World Federation for BWF events) are final and binding for the purpose of bet settlement.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours from the scheduled time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to the account balance.
• Parlay bets require all selections to win in order for the bet to be settled as a win. If any single match in a parlay is voided, that selection will be excluded and the odds adjusted accordingly.
• For in-play (live) betting, odds can change rapidly. Bets submitted while odds are being updated may be accepted at the new odds or rejected, depending on your bet acceptance settings.

• Technical disruptions during a live casino session that prevent a clear outcome from being determined will result in the affected bet being voided and the stake refunded.

Prior to closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be completed, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining balance (real money only, excluding bonuses) will be returned via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Closure by pantas33: pantas33 reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Inability to verify a member's identity following repeated requests.
• Instructions from a regulatory body or legal authority.

pantas33 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Disruptions to platform access due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any losses arising from a member's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of services pantas33 in certain locations.

pantas33 takes responsible gambling seriously and provides a range of tools to support members who need assistance:

• Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately, and any request to increase a limit is subject to a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Limit: Members can set session reminders or time limits to help prevent problem gambling.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Members may suspend their own account for a period of 1 day to 6 months via account settings.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to stop permanently may apply for a lifetime self-exclusion through the support team. Once submitted, this request cannot be reversed and the account cannot be reopened.
